Apparently, in Seattle it is customary for hot dog stands to serve their dogs with CREAM CHEESE.  I’m so sad that I didn’t find this out sooner.  I want to take a packet of cream cheese with me the next time I head to Costco.

Hi, I’m Sarah.  I am addicted to hot dogs.  I had one at Costco yesterday and I may go back for another today.  I want to go to there with you and the cream cheese.

This kind of blew my mind. I feel less weird now for growing up in a culture where mayonnaise is a mandatory condiment for hot dogs.

Although now I am kind of craving Pink’s Hot Dogs.
